The paper is devoted to computing the Balmer spectrum of equivalent bootstrap category of separable G-C*-algebras for the prime group \(G= \mathbb Z/p\mathbb Z\) of prime order. The \(G\)-equivariant KK-theory of complex separable G-C*-algebras provides a tensor-triangulated category \(KK^G\). The spectrum \(\mathrm{Spc}(KK^G)\) of this category can be used to express the Connes assembly map as a (conjectural) surjectivity of the canonical map \(\amalg_H \mathrm{Spc}(KK^H) \twoheadrightarrow \mathrm{Spc}(KK^G)\), where \(H\) is running over the set of compact subgroups of \(G\). The localizing subcategory \(\mathrm{Cell}(G)\subset KK^G\) of \(G\)-cell algebras, generated by the function subalgebras \(C(G/H), H \leq G\) has the subcategory \(\mathrm{Cell}(G)^c\) of compact objects. For any finite group \(G\) there is a continuous surjective map \(\rho_G : \mathrm{Spc}\; \mathrm{Cell}(G)^c\) to the Zariski spectrum \(\mathrm{Spec} R(G)\) of the complex representation group ring \(R(G)\). \\ The main result of the paper is computing this surjective map as an isomorphism \(\rho_G : \mathrm{Cell}(G)^c \cong \mathrm{Spec} R(G)\) for the case \(G= \mathbb Z/p\mathbb Z\) with a prime \(p\) (Theorem 1.1, and \S 6).
