The aim of the paper is to find a relation between two approaches to Courant algebroids. The first approach is the one developed by \textit{D. Roytenberg} [Contemp. Math. 315, 169--185 (2002; Zbl 1036.53057)], which gives a bijection between Courant algebroids and degree-3 Hamiltonian generating functions on degree-2 symplectic graded manifolds. The second one was suggested by \textit{A. Alekseev} and \textit{P. Xu} [``Derived brackets and Courant algebroids'', unpublished] in terms of Dirac generating operators. A Weyl-type quantization is constructed for a graded symplectic manifold by a combination of Clifford quantization and classical Weyl quantization; then for a given Courant algebroid, it is shown that there exists a unique skew-symmetric Dirac generating operator, and moreover the Weyl quantization map establishes a bijection between Hamiltonian generating functions and skew-symmetric Dirac generating operators. As an application, a new Courant algebroid invariant is obtained.
