This paper explores generalizations of the classic Kovalevskaya system for rigid body dynamics. The author looks in particular at generalizing results by \textit{A. V. Bolsinov} et al. [Sb. Math. 191, No. 2, 3--42 (2000; Zbl 0983.37068); translation from Mat. Sb. 191, No. 2, 3--42 (2000)] to a Kovalevskaya system on the Lie algebra \(\operatorname{so}(3,1)\). Those authors had given a complete description of the Liouville foliation for the Kovalevskaya top. In this paper the author uses results by \textit{M. P. Kharlamov} et al. [Regul. Chaotic Dyn. 21, No. 1, 24--65 (2016; Zbl 1398.70014)] to calculate all the marks of the rough molecules described in their work to identify all the Fomenko-Zieschang invariants of the \(\operatorname{so}(3,1)\) system. The author first identifies bifurcation diagrams on \(\operatorname{so}(3,1)\). These fall into two cases: one for the exceptional zero area integral case and one for everything else. After this he calculates all the Fomenko-Zieschang invariants for every three-dimensional regular isoenergy submanifold of the Kovalevskaya integrable system on \(\operatorname{so}(3,1)\). For the non-zero area case all 25 regular foliations of the isoenergy surface are non-equivalent, i.e., they all have different Fomenko-Zieschang invariants. A potential reader of this paper should be aware that it is heavily based on prior papers. Therefore several terms and some notation that appears in this paper are not explained or identified. A familiarity with the previous papers would be necessary for a complete understanding the results presented here.
