A graph immersion \(f: M^n\to A^{n+1}\) of an \(n\)-dimensional manifold into \((n + 1)\)-dimensional affine space is an affine hypersurface immersion equipped with a parallel transversal vector field \(\xi\). On a simply connected affine chart there exists a scalar function \(F\) such that the immersion \(f\) is locally affinely equivalent to the graph immersion \(x\to (x, F(x))\) with transversal vector field \((0, 1)\). \(F\) is called a local representing function of the immersion \(f\). In this paper, the author consider non-degenerate graph immersions into an affine space \(A^{n+1}\) whose cubic form is parallel with respect to the Levi-Civita connection of the affine metric using real Jordan algebras etc. Some classification and related results are given.
