A classical and fundamental tool to study superharmonic functions and Martin theory are two types of Riesz decompositions. The first decomposition deals with the class of superharmonic functions which are bounded from below by a subharmonic function. Then, such superharmonic functions can be uniquely decomposed into the sum of a harmonic function and a nonnegative potential. The second decomposition considers a nonnegative superharmonic function \(s\) which is smaller than the sum of two nonnegative superharmonic functions \(s_1\) and \(s_2\). Then, \(s\) can be uniquely decomposed into the sum of two superharmonic functions \(r_1\)and \(r_2\) such that \(0\leq r_1 \leq s_1\) and \(0\leq r_2 \leq s_2\). The authors call the second decomposition the Riesz-Mokobodzki-Sibony decomposition. In the paper under review, the authors prove Riesz decomposition and Riesz-Mokobodzki-Sibony decomposition for supersolutions of subcritical Schrödinger operators on discrete weighted graphs.
