The authors deal with the global regularity for a class of quasi-linear elliptic equations coming from the degenerate/nondegenerate \(p\)-Laplace Schrödinger equations \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta_{p,\sigma}u+{\mathbb V}|u|^{p-2}u=-\mathrm{div}(|f|^{p-2}f)&\quad \text{ in } \Omega\\ u=g &\quad\text{ on } \partial\Omega \end{cases} \] where \(\Delta_{p,\sigma}=\mathrm{div} ((\sigma^2 +|\nabla u|^2)^{(p-2)/2}\nabla u) \) for \(p>1,\) with degeneracy \(\sigma\in[0,1].\) The non-negative Schrödinger potential belongs to reverse Hölder classes. It is obtained global Calderón-Zygmund type estimate in Lorentz spaces for gradient of the weak solutions in term of fractional maximal function. The technique is based on level-set estimates of the distribution function.
