Witt algebras are one of the most important classes of infinite dimensional Lie algebras. The representation theory of Witt algebras has been studied by many mathematicians with rich achievements. Witt superalgebras are the super version of Witt algebras. More precisely, for any nonnegative integers \(m,n\), let \(A_{m,n}\) be the superalgebra of tensor product of Laurent polynomial algebra in \(m\) variables and exterior algebra in \(n\) variables. The Witt algebra \(W_{m,n}\) can be realized as the Lie superalgebra of superderivations over the \(A_{m,n}\). In this paper, simple weight modules with respect to the Cartan subalgebra of \(W_{m,0}\) with finite-dimensional weight spaces are classified, which turn out to be simple quotients of tensor modules or generalized highest weight modules.
