The authors continue the study of the \(\infty\)-category of spectral Mackey functors started by \textit{C. Barwick} in [Adv. Math. 304, 646--727 (2017; Zbl 1348.18020)]. In particular, they endow this category with a symmetric monoidal structure, using the Day convolution for \(\infty\)-categories studied by \textit{S. Glasman} [Math. Res. Lett. 23, No. 5, 1369--1385 (2016; Zbl 1375.18041)]. This structure is used to give a definition of spectral Green functors. It is shown that the algebraic \(K\)-theory of stacks provides an example of such a Green functor. The authors give the following applications of their theory. They show that equivariant algebraic \(K\)-theory, which assigns a spectral Mackey functor to an \(\infty\)-Waldhausen category with an action of a finite group \(G\), has a lax symmetric monoidal structure. They also reprove and generalize the equivariant Barratt-Priddy-Quillen theorem.
