      The following result is proved: Let \(f\) and \(g\) be transcendental meromorphic (entire) functions of zero order. Suppose that \(q_{j}, c_{j} \in \mathbb{C}\backslash \{0\}\) and \(n, m, d, k, \nu_{j}\) (\(j = 1,2,3, \ldots , d)\) are positive integers. Let \[F(f(z)) = (f(z))^{n}(f(z)^{m} - 1)\prod\limits_{j = 1}^{d}f(q_{j}z + c_{j})^{\nu_{j}}\] and \(\nu = \sum\limits_{j = 1}^{d} \nu_{j}\). If \(n > 5k + 3 + 2kd - m - \nu (2k + 2 - m - \nu )\) and \(F(f(z))^{(k)}\) and \(F(g(z))^{(k)}\) share \(z\) CM, then \(f = tg\) for a constant \(t\) with \(t^{m} = t^{n + \nu} = 1\).
