Based on the theory of chaotic neural networks, a model for human memory is proposed. The authors statement to the goal of the work is: ``\dots trying to suggest a model that may shed a light on some parts of the mechanisms of storing and retrieving the information in the human brain. Our proposed model is very simple and is compatible with some biological facts which are not considered in other existing models.'' Indeed, the proposed model is simple and is a combination of a recurrent artificial neural network and a feed-forward multi-layer perceptron. The second section of the paper is devoted to a short review of chaotic neural network models of the brain, the proposed model is described in the third section and some testing results are presented in the fourth section. As main referred paper is the article of \textit{G. Baghdadi} et al. [Commun. Nonlinear Sci. Numer. Simul. 20, No. 1, 174--185 (2015; Zbl 1304.37064)].
