A lattice in Euclidean space \({\mathbb R}^n\) is called strongly perfect if its set of minimal vectors forms a spherical \(4\)-design. A lattice is called dual strongly perfect if it is strongly perfect, and so is its dual. All known strongly perfect lattices, with one \(21\)-dimensional exception, are dual strongly perfect. Classification of low-dimensional dual strongly perfect lattices has been considered by several authors in the recent years, in particular by G. Nebe and B. Venkov in a series of previous papers (see the references within this paper). The goal of the present paper is to continue this classification, focusing on dimension \(16\). The authors show that there are six dual strongly perfect lattices (up to similarity) in dimension \(16\), including the two new ones discovered by the authors in a recent preprint. An updated table of all known strongly perfect lattices up to dimension \(26\) is available in the online catalogue of lattices, maintained by G. Nebe and N. Sloane.
