The authors show that the famous Dickson conjecture on primes, which is much weaker than a conjecture by Bateman-Horn (and applied in an earlier paper of the authors) can give some density results on totient quotients with primes, as well as certain Schinzel-type theorems from 1955. Similar results hold true also for the sum-of-divisors values quotients. Some unconditional results are offered, too. For Part I, cf. Exp. Math. 28, No. 2, 151--160 (2019; Zbl 1450.11001).
