In this paper, the authors study the linear matrix inequality (LMI) and semidefinite program (SDP) technique for stability analysis of nonlinear delay systems subject to constraints. They present an estimation of the domain of attraction (DA) of the equilibrium point (the origin 0 for nonlinear systems with bounded time delay). The ellipsoidal estimate for the attractor depends on an estimate of the approximation error. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the discussed theory.
