The author gives a criterion for a small binary quite o-minimal theory of finite convexity rank to have \(2^{\omega}\) (non-isomorphic) countable models. Some of the tools are: \((p,q)\)-splitting formulas and equivalence generating \(p\)-stable convex to the right (left, respectively) formulas.
