The distribution modul \(1\) of the values of the integers of \(r\) linear forms in \(d\) variables with random coefficients are studied. Using the Dani correspondence, the results about Diophantine approximations are deduced from appropriate limit theorems for homogeneous flows. The central limit theorems in the space of lattices are in turn deduced from a general central limit theorem for weakly dependent random variables. The quenched and annealed central limit theorems are obtained for the number of simultaneous hits into shrinking targets of radii \(n^{-r/d}\).
