The authors study quasiconformal mappings of the Euclidean space that satisfy two normalization conditions. The Teichmüller problem in space is solved, in particular, explicit constants are obtained in the corresponding inequalities. The results obtained are relevant to the theory of stability, in particular, the authors study the behavior of quasiconformal mappings whose dilation is close to one.
