Summary: We study a class of Finsler metrics in the form \(F=(\alpha+\beta)^q/\alpha^{q-1}\), called \((q,\alpha,\beta)\)-metrics, where \(\alpha\) is a Riemannian metric, \(\beta\) is a \(1\)-form, and \(1<q<2\). We find the necessary and sufficient conditions under which the class of \((q,\alpha,\beta)\)-metrics is locally projectively flat and consists of Douglas metrics, respectively.
