Let \(A\in B(H)\) and \(B\in B(K)\) be given and \(M_{C}\) denote a operator matrix (\(C\in B(K, H)\)), acting on the infinite-dimensional separable Hilbert space \(H\bigotimes K\), of the form \(M_{C}=(A_{i,j})_{1\leq i,j\leq 2}\), where \(A_{1,1}=A\), \(A_{1,2}=C\), \(A_{2,1}=0\) and \(A_{2,2}=B\). In this paper, the authors study some properties of the operator \(M_{C}\) in terms of the entry \(C\). In particular, the authors obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for \(M_{C}\) to be upper semi-Browder when \(C\in G(K, H)\), where \(G(K, H)\) denotes the subset of invertible operators of \(B(K, H)\).
