A Sturm-Liouville problem \[ -y''+qy=\lambda y \] is considered on the unit interval, \(I=[0,1]\) with separated boundary conditions and \(m\) (interior) transmission conditions of the form \[ y(x_j^+)=a_jy(x_j^-),\quad y'(x_j^+)=\frac{y'(x_j^-)}{a_j}+(b_j-\lambda m_j)y(x_j^-),\quad j=1,\dots,m, \] where \(0<x_1<x_2<\dots<x_m<1\). A Weyl \(m\)-function is defined for this problem and is shown to uniquely determine the potential \(q\). In addition it is shown that two spectra for this problem from different terminal conditions uniquely determine the potential \(q\).
