The paper concern with artinian property of formal cohomology modules, i.e., the limit inverse of the system \(\{ H^{i}_{\mathfrak m}(M/\mathfrak a^n M)\}\). Reviewer's remark: There are several references in the paper published in [Bull. Malays. Math. Sci. Soc.] that have no real role in the paper.
