Consider the absolute Galois group \(\mathrm{Gal}_K\) for a finite extension \(K\) of \(\mathbb Q_p\). In this paper, rigid analytic families of representations (with coefficients in an affinoid algebra \(A\)) of \(\mathrm{Gal}_k\) are studied. This is motivated by deformation theory and \(p\)-adic modular forms, see [\textit{B. Mazur} and \textit{A. Wiles}, Compos. Math. 59, 231--264 (1986; Zbl 0654.12008); \textit{L. Berger} and \textit{P. Colmez}, in: Représentation \(p\)-adiques de groupes \(p\)-adiques I. Représentations galoisiennes et \((\varphi, \Gamma)\)-modules. Paris: Société Mathématique de France. 303--337 (2008; Zbl 1168.11020)]; \textit{M. Kisin}, in: Proceedings of the international congress of mathematicians (ICM 2010), Hyderabad, India, August 19--27, 2010. Vol. II: Invited lectures. Hackensack, NJ: World Scientific; New Delhi: Hindustan Book Agency. 294--311 (2011; Zbl 1273.11090)]. The author works in the direction proposed by Berger and Colmez [Zbl 1168.11020]. Namely, consider a vector bundle over a rigid analytic space, equipped with an action of \(\mathrm{Gal}_K\) on the fibres. The main idea is to for a fibre \(V\) of the bundle consider \(D_{B_*}(V)=(B_*\otimes_{\mathbb Q_p}V)^{\mathrm{Gal}_K}\) for suitable so called \textit{period rings} \(B_{HT},B_{dR},B_{st},B_{cris}\) of Fontaine. It is expected that \(D_{B_*}\), considered as a functor, contains the essential information about this action of \(\mathrm{Gal}_K\). A good summary of results is written in the introduction of the paper. Several formulae for \(D_*(V)\) are obtained in terms of \((\phi,\Gamma)\)-modules. A reader can compare the new results with the previous results of other authors in this direction in Section 4.2. The stratification of \(Spec(A)\) by Hodge-Tate weights is studied. Paper contains many open questions and clearly indicates what is known and what is not known.
