The author presents \(S\)-effective versions of the multiplicity one theorem for cuspidal automorphic representations of \(\mathrm {GL}_{d}(\mathbb{A}_{K})\), for a number field \(K\). Namely, let \(\pi\) and \(\pi'\) be unitary cuspidal automorphic representations of \(\mathrm {GL}_{d}(\mathbb{A}_{K})\), and \(S\) a finite set of places of \(K\). The author proves that there exists an effectively computable constant \(C\) that depends on \(d\), \(K\), \(\varepsilon>0\) and an arbitraily chosen \(H>2R\), where \(R\) is bigger than the Ramanujan bound for \(\pi\) and \(\pi'\), such that in order to conclude that \(\pi\cong\pi'\), it's enough to check that \(\pi_{v}\cong\pi'_{v}\) for all \(v\not\in S\) with norm bounded by an explicit expression involving \(C\), \(S\), \(d\), \(H\), \(R\) and the analytic conductors of \(\pi\) and \(\pi'\). This \(S\)-effective version improves previous effective results where no \(S\) was considered. The author also proves \(S\)-effective versions of the Chebotarev density theorem and multiplicity one for \(\mathrm {GL}(1)\).
