The author considers a perturbed Hermitian-Einstein equation, which he calls the Donaldson-Thomas equation, on compact Kähler threefolds. Theorem [the author, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 408, No. 1, 27--34 (2013; Zbl 1309.53060)]. Let \(Z\) be a compact Kähler threefold, and let \(E\) be a unitary vector bundle over \(Z.\) Let \({(A_{n},u_{n})}\) be a sequence of Donaldson-Thomas (D-T) instantons of \(E\). We assume that \(\int_{Z} |u_{n}|^{2} d V_{g}\) are uniformly bounded. Then there exists a subsequence \({(A_{n_{j}},u_{n_{j}})}\) of \({(A_{n},u_{n})},\) a closed subset \(S\) of \(Z\) whose real two-dimensional Hausdorff measure is finite, and a sequence of gauge transformations \({\sigma_{j}}\) over \(Z\setminus S\) such that \({\sigma^{*}_{j}(A_{n_{j}},u_{n_{j}})}\) smoothly converges to a D-T instanton over \(Z\setminus S\). In this article, he proves that some of these singularities can be removed.
