In this paper, the authors consider the nonlinear eigenvalue problems \[u''''(t)= \lambda h(t) f (u),t\in (0,1) ,\ \ u(0) = u(1) = u'(0) = u'(1) = 0,\] where \(h\in C([0, 1], (0,\infty))\); \(f \in C(R, R)\) and \(sf(s) > 0\) for \(s\neq 0\), and \(f_0 = f_\infty =0\), \(f_0 =\lim_{|s|\to 0}\frac{f(s)}{s}\), \(f_\infty=\lim_{|s|\to \infty}\frac{f(s)}{s}\). They obtain the global structure of one-sign solutions by using bifurcation techniques and give the existence and multiplicity of one-sign solutions for the suitable interval of parameter \(\lambda\).
