Using the excellent notion of shadowed partitions of \textit{A. El-Guindy} and \textit{M. A. Papanikolas} introduced in [J. Number Theory 133, No. 6, 1864--1886 (2013; Zbl 1272.11078)], the author presents an explicit formula for the higher $(p)$-Hasse invariants of a Drinfeld $A$-module of arbitrary rank $r$. Here $A$ is the polynomial ring $F_q[T]$ over a finite field $F_q$ with $q$ elements, and a prime $(p)$ of $A$ of degree $d$ is fixed. The formula given in the author's Main Theorem, too complex to be introduced here, is such that -- in principle (some patience is still required) -- supersingularity of rank-$r$ Drinfeld $A$-modules in characteristic $(p)$ can be checked by hand if the data $(q,r,d)$ are reasonably small. The author gives two examples, with $(q,r,d) = (2,3,2)$ and (3,3,2), respectively, and where he is able to find all the supersingular objects in the respective characteristics.
