The theory of endoscopy investigates the difference between orbital integral over ordinary and stable conjugacy classes. As Dirac cohomology of a Harish-Chandra module determines its K-character, it corresponds to the dual object of the orbital integral on elliptic elements. In this note the author focus on using Dirac cohomology for endoscopic transfer. It is known that the transfer factor is difference of characters for the even and odd parts of the spin modules, or the Dirac index of the trivial representation. The author, in this note extends the calculation of lifting of characters to tempered representations with nonzero Dirac cohomology. In order to carry out the proof, the author presents a nice overview on the lifting of representations between reductive algebraic groups as well as on the work of Pandžić and the author.
