On inner automorphisms preserving fixed subspaces of Clifford algebras (Q2025767)

The author studies inner automorphisms that leave invariant certain fundamental subspaces of the real and complex Clifford algebras \(C\ell(V,Q)\). One of these groups, denoted by \(\Gamma\), is the group of automorphisms preserving the copy of \(V\) inside \(C\ell(V,Q)\), which generalizes into \(\Gamma^k\), the group of automorphisms preserving the subspace of grade \(k\), for each \(k \in \mathbb{N}\). Other groups of this flavor (preserving various different subspaces) are also presented and studied, as well as the relations among them.
