Stability of diametral diameter two properties (Q2025789)

The diametral diameter~2 properties in Banach spaces were introduced in [\textit{J.~Becerra Guerrero} et al., J. Convex Anal. 25, No.~3, 817--840 (2018; Zbl 1403.46008)] as stronger versions than the well-known three diameter~2 properties (every slice, nonempty relatively weakly open set or convex combination of slices in the unit ball of a Banach space has diameter~2). The authors prove that diametral diameter~2 properties are inherited by $M$-ideals. Also, under natural conditions, it is proved that diametral diameter properties are lifted from an $ M$-ideal. The above results are obtained with minor differences from the analogous ones for the diameter~2 properties. In Section~4, the authors prove that diametral diameter~2 properties are stable under the vector Köthe-Bochner spaces scheme, and the paper is finished by proving some stability result of diametral diameter~2 properties for the projective tensor product of Banach spaces.
