Let \(P\) be a topological property. A space \(X\) is dually \(P\) if for any neighbourhood assignment \(\mathcal{O}=\{O_{x}: x\in X\}\) of \(X\), there is a subspace \(Y\subset X\) with \(P\) such that \(\mathcal{O}(Y)=X\). In this note, the authors make several observations on dually \(\mathfrak{c}\)-separable spaces, prove that every monotonically normal and \(\omega_{1}\)-weakly linearly Lindelöf space of countable tightness is dually separable, every dually separable and monolithic space has countable extent. Finally, the authors prove that every dually \(\mathfrak{c}\)-separable space with a rank 2-diagonal has cardinality not exceeding \(\mathfrak{c}\). The main results are the following: \textbf{Theorem 1.} Every monotonically normal and \(\omega_{1}\)-weakly linearly Lindelöf space of countable tightness is Lindelöf. \textbf{Theorem 2.} Every dually separable and monolithic space has countable extent. \textbf{Theorem 3.} If \(X\) is a dually \(\mathfrak{c}\)-separable and first-countable space, then \(l(X)\leq\mathfrak{c}\), and so \(|X|\leq2^{\mathfrak{c}}\).
