    Let \(X\) be a separable complete metric space; \(\Omega\) the space of all infinite paths \(u \colon [0, +\infty) \to X\) endowed with the topology of uniform convergence on compact subsets; for \(x \in X\),\, \(\Omega_x =\{w \in \Omega \colon w(0) = x \}.\) Considering a compact-valued multimap \(S \colon X \multimap \Omega\) such that \(S(x) \subset \Omega_x \forall x \in X\) which is measurable w.r.t. the Borel \(\sigma\)-algebra on \(X,\) the authors study sufficient conditions for the existence of a measurable selection \(u(\cdot,x) \in S(x) \forall x \in X\) with the semigroup property \[ u(t_2,u(t_1,x)) = u(t_1 + t_2,x) \] for all \(t_1, t_2\) and \(x \in X.\) The connection of this result with the Markov type selection theorems (see [\textit{N. V. Krylov}, Math. USSR, Izv. 7, 691--709 (1974; Zbl 0295.60057); translation from Izv. Akad. Nauk SSSR, Ser. Mat. 37, 691--708 (1973)]) is described. Some applications to ordinary and partial differential equations, differential inclusions, and the Navier-Stokes equations are presented.
