The paper is concerned with the weighted composition operators \(T:f\mapsto \psi \cdot(f\circ \phi)\) on generalized Fock type spaces \(X\) of entire functions (called by the authors Mittag-Leffler spaces). Here \(X\) is given by \[X=\{f\in H(\mathbb C): \|f\|^2=\frac{1}{\alpha\pi} \int_\mathbb C|f(z)|^2 |z|^{\frac{2}{\alpha}-2} e^{-|z|^{\frac{2}{\alpha}}}\;d\sigma_2(z)<\infty\},\] or equivalently \[X=\Big\{\sum_{n=0}^\infty a_n z^n: \sum_{n=0}^\infty |a_n|^2 \Gamma(\alpha n+1)<\infty\Big\},\] where \(\alpha>0\) and \(\Gamma\) is Euler's Gamma function. Studied are properties as closability, invertibility (\(T\) defined on dense subsets of \(X\)), cyclicity, complex symmetry, boundedness, compactness and the essential norm.
