There are two theorems obtained by Manor, in the paper, stated in 1 Introduction. One is that for a locally compact group \(G\), if the reduced group \(C^*\)-algebra \(C^*_r(G)\) admits a tracial state and is exact, then \(G\) is exact. The other is that for a locally compact group \(G\), and a family of open subgroups \(H_i\), with the following two conditions: [(1) There is a tracial state on the reduced group \(C^*\)-algebra of \(H_i\), for every \(i\); (2) The union of \(H_i\) is equal to \(G\)], if \(C^*_r(G)\) is exact, then \(G\) is exact. It may be asked Who characterized of amenability such that a locally compact group is amenable if and only if its reduced group \(C^*\)-algebra have a tracial state and is nuclear. As the partial contents, we may list only subsections as in the following. 2.1 Exactness, 2.2 Induced Representations, 3. Groups with open amenable Radial (No subsections), 4.1 Exactness for SUZUKI groups, 4.2 Exactness for IN (invariant neighbourhood) groups, 4.3 Non-Inner Amenable groups, 4.4 Automorphism groups of Trees
