The authors calculate the first regularized trace of a boundary value problem generated by the one-dimensional Schrödinger operator with a \(\delta'\)-type interaction and Robin-Dirichlet boundary conditions. They use a method by \textit{B. M. Levitan} [Usp. Mat. Nauk 19, No. 1(115), 161--165 (1964; Zbl 0138.32805)]. Reviewer's remarks: Levitan's original method works for at least \(C^1\) potentials. However, as was shown by the reviewer in [Proc. Inst. Math. Mech., Natl. Acad. Sci. Azerb. 22, 99--102 (2005; Zbl 1173.34362)], it is possible to use this method with \(W^1_2\) potentials by an extra application of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality.
