For an algebraic surface \(X\), its bounded derived category \(D^b(X)\) is an important motivic invariant. Given a Brauer class \(\alpha \in \mathrm{Br}(X)\), we can further consider the bounded derived category of twisted coherent sheaves \(D^b(X,\alpha)\), which can be viewed as a variant of \(D^b(X)\). If there is a derived equivalence \(D^b(X,\alpha) \simeq D^b(Y,\beta)\), then the pairs \((X,\alpha)\) and \((Y,\beta)\) will be called a pair of twisted Fourier-Mukai partners. When \(\alpha\) and \(\beta\) are both trivial, then they are called a pair of Fourier-Mukai partners. In this paper, the authors prove the following results. \begin{itemize} \item If \(X\) is an Enriques surface over an algebraically closed field in odd characteristic, then any \(D^b(X,\alpha) \simeq D^b(Y,\beta)\) will imply that there is an isomorphism of \(k\)-varieties \(f \colon X \to Y\) such that \(f^*\beta = \alpha\). In other words, \((X,\alpha)\) has no non-trivial twisted Fourier-Mukai partners. \item If \(X\) is a bielliptic surface over an algebraically closed field in characteristic not less than \(5\), then \(D^b(X) \simeq D^b(Y)\) will imply that \(X \cong Y\). \end{itemize} These extend the classical results for untwisted Enriques surfaces and biellpitic surfaces over complex number field, due to \textit{T. Bridgeland} and \textit{A. Maciocia} [Math. Z. 236, No. 4, 677--697 (2001; Zbl 1081.14023)]. Their proof is base on a lifting argument, which reduce the problem to complex number field. For this, they show the obstruction class for deforming the (twisted) Fourier-Mukai kernel is vanishing in each of these cases.
