Chemical reaction systems, quantitatively described by chemical reaction networks, can show the same dynamical behavior, though their basic networks are different. The present publication is a contribution to the question of whether two networks lead to the same dynamics. The equivalence relation considered here is that of linear conjugacy. The Johnston-Siegel Criterion for mass-action systems [\textit{M. D. Johnston} and \textit{D. Siegel}, J. Math. Chem. 49, No. 7, 1263--1282 (2011; Zbl 1303.92153)] is generalized to so-called RID kinetic systems (for rate constant-interaction map decomposable) which are CF (for complex factorizable) (Theorem 4). The CF condition is not serious since a non-complex factorizable system can be made CF by an additional dynamic equivalence (Theorem 1). An algorithm is given for constructing the transformations required.
