This paper is concerned with the global solvability and stabilization to a chemotaxis-consumption model with signal-dependent motility and logistic source. Using the energy estimation method, in dimension two for any proliferation coefficient, in dimension 3 for large proliferation coefficient, the authors establish the uniform boundedness of solutions, and the global solvability of the classical solution is obtained. Then by constructing Lyapunov functions, it is also shown that the global bounded classical solution will exponentially converge to a constant steady state.
