In this paper, investigations into dynamical symmetry groups and bi-Hamiltonian structures for the Kepler dynamics in a noncommutative phase space are performed. In Section 2, notions as noncommutative phase space, Hamiltonian system, and bi-Hamiltonian system are recalled. In Section 3, using the Hamiltonian function and the Poisson bracket given by the noncommutative symplectic form, the vector field describing the Kepler dynamics in the noncommutative phase space is obtained. In Section 4, first integrals of the considered system are obtained. Moreover, the existence of dynamical symmetry groups \(\mathrm{SO}(3),\) \(\mathrm{SO}(4),\) and \(\mathrm{SO}(1, 3)\) in the described setting is studied. In Section 5, relevant geometric quantities in action-angle variables are obtained, and consequently the corresponding Hamiltonian system is given. In Section 6, bi-Hamiltonian structures and the associated recursion operators are constructed. In Section 7, a hierarchy of master symmetries is given and other symmetries are obtained. In addition, conserved quantities are computed.
