This paper focuses primarily on stochastic delay Kolmogorov systems, especially on extinction. The first part of this work deals with the characterization of persistence, whereas in this part, extinction is the main focus. The first pages introduce all the necessary notation and terminology to understand the paper: formulation and assumptions of the problem and main results of stochastic functional Kolmogorov systems. The main results are stated in Section 4 where the conditions for the extinction of Kolmogorov systems are given. Section 3 recalls basic properties of Kolmogorov systems with delays, including well-posedness of the system, positivity of solutions. Then the the tightness of families of random occupation measures and the convergence properties are studied. Section 5 provides several applications involving stochastic delay Lotka-Volterra competitive model, stochastic delay epidemic SIR model and stochastic delay chemostat model. For Part I, see [the first author et al., Stochastic Processes Appl. 142, 319--364 (2021; Zbl 1484.34187)].
