Let \(Y\) be a closed \(C^{\infty}\) \(3\)-dimensional manifold. Let \(\xi\) be a contact distribution on \(Y\), let \(\lambda\) be a \(1\)-form on \(Y\) such that \(\ker \lambda=\xi\) and \(d\lambda_{|_\xi}>0\). Let \(\Lambda(Y,\xi)\) be the set of such \(C^\infty\)-class \(1\)-forms on \(Y\). Denote \(\mathcal{C}(Y,\lambda)\) the set of all positive Reeb currents of \((Y,\lambda)\). The main result of this paper is the following theorem: ``For generic \(\lambda\in \Lambda(Y,\xi)\), there exists a sequence \((C_k)_{k\geq 1}\) in \(\mathcal{C}(Y,\lambda)\) which weakly converges to \(d\lambda\).'' This result is a quantitative refinement of a previous result of the author. The main tool in the proof is the embedded contact homology spectral invariant. Also a discussion about generic behavior of periodic Reeb orbits representing embedded contact homology classes is given, related to boundaries of star-shaped toric domains.
