The equations of motion of the planar Elliptic Restricted Three-Body Problem (ERTBP) are transformed to four decoupled Hill's equations by the authors, and describe the motion around the triangular Lagrangian points and they make a comprehensive analysis of their applicability. They present a perturbative solution, using the Floquet theorem, to the oscillator equations with time-dependent periodic coefficients. This method is capable to follow analytically the orbit of a massless particle around the equilibrium points L4 and L5 in the ERTBP. The form of nearly derived equations comprises the stability boundaries around the triangular Lagrangian points. The analytic approach is valid for system parameters, eccentricity and mass, $0<e<=0.05$ and $0<\mu<=0.01$, with good accuracy with the numerical calculations. Possible application to known extrasolar planetary systems is also demonstrated (Sun-Jupiter system).
