Recall that a Moore space is a developable regular Hausdorff space where by a developable space \(S\) we mean that there is a countable collection of open covers of \(S\) (a development for \(S\)) such that for every open set \(U\) in \(S\) and \(p\in U\) there is a cover \(G\) in the collection such that \(\bigcup\{V\in G:p\in V\}\subseteq U\). A development \(G=\{G_n\}_{n\in\mathbb{N}}\) is said be be a star \(\pi\)-base development, if for every open set \(U\) there are \(n\in\mathbb{N}\) and \(g_n\in G_n\) such that the star st\((g_n,G_n)=\bigcup\{V\in G_n:V\cap g_n\ne\emptyset\}\) is contained in \(U\). A star nested sequence for a development \(G\) of a Moore space \(S\) is a sequence \(\{g_{n_i}\}_{i\in\mathbb{N}}\) satisfying the following conditions: \(g_{n_i}\in G_{n_i}\), st\((g_{n_{i+1}},G_{n_{i+1}})\subseteq g_{n_i}\), \(\bigcap_{i\in\mathbb{N}}g_{n_i}=\emptyset\), \(n_{i+1}>n_i\) for all \(i\in\mathbb{N}\). Two star nested sequences are said to be equivalent, if each member of any of the sequences contains a member of the other sequence. Let \(K\) be the set of all equivalence classes of star nested sequences for \(G\) and for an open set \(U\subseteq S\) let \(U^*=U\cup\{[\{g_{n_i}\}_{i\in\mathbb{N}}]\in K\mid \exists j\in\mathbb{N}\), \(g_{n_j}\subseteq U\}\). Consider the topology on the set \(C(S,G)=S\cup G\) taking all sets \(U^*\) as a basis. If \(G\) is a star \(\pi\)-base development then the space \(C(S,G)\) is a developable Hausdorff Baire space which contains a densely embedded Baire Moore space in which \(S\) is densely embedded whenever \(S\) can be densely embedded into any Baire Moore space. In the present paper the authors investigate the properties of superspaces of given metric spaces obtained by the above method and describe properties of some spaces into which metric spaces can be densely embedded.
