The author considers the steady Navier-Stokes-Fourier problem in two or three spatial dimensions. The domain is arbitrary, with Lipshitz boundary. The variables are usual: density, velocity and specific internal energy. The boundary conditions are of the Dirichlet type. However, the solid wall is impermeable, and so velocity there obeys the slip condition: it is normal to the normal vector. The incoming temperature is constant, on other parts of the boundary the Newton cooling law is assumed. Under rather general assumptions, the author proves existence of a weak solution.
