In the current paper, the authors emphasize the classes of wavelet frames that have even no approximately dual with the structure of wavelet frames. To this aim, they clarify the subject with some examples, namely $\{a^j\psi(a^j-Kb)\}_{j,k\in \mathbb{Z}}$. The work imposes some conditions on the Fourier transform of the generator $\psi$ and certain parameters in oversampling. The key point in oversampling is to let ``$N$'' be large enough, where ``$N$'' is the number of sampling. Indeed, the results are a generalization of theorems 15.2.3 and 15.2.5 in [\textit{O. Christensen}, An introduction to frames and Riesz bases. 2nd edition. Basel: Birkhäuser/Springer (2016; Zbl 1348.42033)] but here the conditions are weaker and this is much more desirable. Moreover, it provides perfect reconstruction. Overall, the work is well written, and well organized, the proofs are accurate and the results are suitable for numerous applications to almost perfect reconstruction.
