The paper uses symbolic computation to investigate a discrete Korteweg-de Vries (dKdV) equation for an LC network consisting of voltage-dependent capacitors and current-dependent inductors. With binary Bell polynomials, the authors reduce the discrete Korteweg-de Vries to the corresponding bilinear form, avoiding first transforming into its fourlinear form. Simultaneously, they acquire the dependent variable transformation through the deriving procedures. They derive the Bäcklund transformation for the dKdV equation without using the exchange formulae. Finally, the authors illustrate and analyze Solitonic propagation and interaction in the electrical circuit.
