In the paper, the authors investigate the trajectory behaviour of some family of non-Volterra cubic stochastic operators defined on two-dimensional simplex \(S^{2} =\{\textbf{x} = (x_1, x_2,x_3)\in \mathbb R^3 : x_i \geq 0 \mbox{ for any } i, \mbox { and } \sum_{i=1}^3 x_i=1\} \).
