    Let \(G\) be a graph with the vertex set \(V (G)\), and denote by \(L_G\) the Laplacian matrix of \(G\). The Laplacian transition matrix of \(G\) is defined as \[H_{L_G}(t) = \exp(-itL_G) =\sum_{k\ge 0}\frac{(-i)^kL_G^kt^k}{k!},\ t\in \mathbb{R},\ i =\sqrt{-1}.\] Denote by \(H_{L_G}(t)_{u,v}\) the \((u, v)\)-entry of \(H_{L_G}(t)\), where \(u, v \in V (G)\). If \(u \ne v\) and \(|H_{L_G}(\mathcal{T} )_{u,v}| = 1\), then we say that \(G\) admits Laplacian perfect state transfer from \(u\) to \(v\) at time \(\mathcal{T}\). If \(|H_{L_G}(\mathcal{T} )_{u,v}| =1\), then we say that \(G\) is called periodic at vertex \(u\) with period \(\mathcal{T}\). In the all main results of this paper, the authors assume that, \(G_1\) is an \(r_1\)-regular graph with \(n\) vertices and \(G_2\) is an \(r_2\)-regular graph with \(m\) vertices. Using these notations, the main results of the paper are as follows: 1. Let \(u,w\) be two vertices of \(G_2\) and \(v\) a vertex of \(G_1\). If all of the following conditions hold:\\ (a) \(G_2\) admits a Laplacian perfect state transfer from \(u\) to \(w\) at time \(T\), and\\ (b) \(e_v^T (\sum_{\lambda \in \mathrm{Spec}_{L_{G_1}}}e^{-i(\lambda-r_1)(m+1)T}F_{\lambda}(G_1))e_v=1\), \par then \(G_1 * G_2\) admits a Laplacian perfect state transfer from \((v, u)\) to \((v,w)\) at time \(T\). 2. For \(u \ne v \in V(G_1)\) and \(x \ne y \in V(G_2)\), \(G_1\ast G_2\) does not admit a Laplacian perfect state transfer from \((u, x)\) to \((v, y)\). 3. For \(u \ne v \in V(G_1)\), \(G_1\ast G_2\) does not admit a Laplacian perfect state transfer from \((u, 0)\) to \((v, 0)\). 4. For \(u \ne v \in V(G_1)\) and \(w \in V(G_2)\), \(G_1\ast G_2\) does not admit a Laplacian perfect state transfer from \((u, 0)\) to \((v, w)\). 5. If \((m + 1)r_1T = 2k\pi\) \((k \in \mathbb{N})\) and there exists a \(v \in V(G_1)\) such that \[e_v^T (\sum_{\lambda \in \mathrm{Spec}_{L_{G_1}}}e^{-i(\lambda)(m+1)T}F_{\lambda}(G_1))e_v=1\] then, for Laplacian matrix, \(G_1\ast G_2\) is periodic at \((v, 0)\) with \(T\).
