This manuscript covers some limit theorems for certain maps of random dynamical system generated by a probability-preserving system. The author proves a Berry-Esseen theorem, a local central limit theorem and local/global moderate deviations principles for i.i.d. (uniformly) random nonuniformly expanding or hyperbolic maps with exponential tails. Some known results from [\textit{V. Baladi} et al., Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér. (4) 35, No. 1, 77--126 (2003; Zbl 1037.37003)] are used to reduce the problem to certain random Young tower extensions. Indeed random towers are the main object of interest of the paper and they are extensively used to prove the main results.
