This beautiful paper is concerned about the Lipschitz and \(C^1\) regularity of weak solutions of some elliptic differential equations. Lipschitz continuity at one point has been obtained under square Dini continuity of the leading coefficients of equation \(\operatorname{div} (A(x) \nabla u(x)) = 0.\) Assuming some more on the coefficients, regularity extends to a neighborhood of the given point. Then the authors head to a special equation named Gilbarg-Serrin (GS) equation. They find conditions under which any weak solution of (GS) equation is Lipschitz and \(C^1\). Moreover, it has also been showed that, if some conditions are fulfilled, equation (GS) admits solutions that are not Lipschitz continuous.
