The authors mainly prove the following theorems. \textbf{Theorem 1}. There does not exist light-like pseudo-isotropic but not pseudo-isotropic Lorentzian centroaffine hypersurface of type 1 in \(\mathbb{R}^4\). \textbf{Theorem 2}. Let \(M\) be a light-like pseudo-isotropic but not pseudo-isotropic Lorentzian centroaffine hypersurface in \(\mathbb{R}^4\). Then at the point where the difference tensor does not vanish, \(M\) is locally affine congruent to one of nine kinds of hyperquadrics.
