The paper focus on the problem human and mammalian neocortical neurons (HMNN) model which limits the potential nonlinearities to cubic polynomials while retains the same basic biophysics. This model has been used in neural dynamics, neural network, neural field theory, and epilepsy. The dynamical behavior of a model, derived from biophysical properties of the neocortical neurons, is predicted by a mathematical method. In the literature mathematical methods have been applied to solve the n Hodgkin Huxley (HH) model. Providing numerical examples which is justifying theoretical assumptions and definitions. List of recent references are included. Main contribution of the paper is introducing the analytical solution of the problem by arranging system of differential equations. The form of the HMNN model defined by \begin{align*} C\frac{dV}{dt} & = V(\alpha- V)(V-1)-\omega +I \\ \frac{d\omega}{dt} &= \beta(V-\xi_1)(V-\xi_2)-\gamma\omega \end{align*} where \( 0<\alpha<1, \beta, \gamma, C>0, \) and \( V \) is the membrane potential, and \( \omega \) is a gating variable.
